I was printing IRS form 1099-MISC and wish there was a way I could have copied all info from the first page to the subsequent pages, but there wasn't.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
In simple terms, electronic signatures are legally recognized as a viable method to indicate agreement to a contract. For an electronic signature to be legally binding under the DESIGN Act, it is recommended that all electronic signature workflows include: Intent to sign.
A photocopy or fax may be notarized, but only if it bears an original signature. That is, the copy must have been signed with pen and ink. A photocopied or faxed signature may never be notarized. When carbon copies are made, the Notary will sometimes be asked to conform rather than to notarize the copies.
One of the most commonly used electronic signatures today is the Text Typed signature; meaning that one has used a keyboard to type their name, with the intent to sign something. Although Text Typed is the most common, electronic signatures are not limited to this method.
Electronic/Remote Notarization Now called the Electronic Notarization Program, e-Notarization allows qualified Pennsylvania notaries public to perform notarization electronically, in compliance with provisions of the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
The difference with an electronic notarization is that the document being notarized is in electronic, or digital form, and the Notary will sign the document electronically (see Electronic Signatures above) to complete the notarization. Electronic notarization are still relatively uncommon.
Can I Email Documents To Be Notarized Elsewhere? No, not unless the signer is personally appearing before the Notary at the other branch at the time of the notarization to be identified by the Notary in that branch and to sign the documents.
In a standard notarization, you are required to travel to meet the notary public in-person, so they may witness as you sign the document. You'll need to do so when connected with a notary. You can either have an electronic or paper copy [Notarize helps you scan any paper document].
Take the (standard) notary course and pass the exam with a minimum required score. Apply to the Secretary of State and be sworn in as a notary public. Buy your equipment (seal and log book) if you plan to do paper notarization (and you might as well, at this point!)
An notary is a Notary Public who notarizes documents electronically. Electronic notarization is a process whereby a notary affixes an electronic signature and notary seal using a secure Public key to an electronic document (such as a PDF or Word document).
