I really like PDFfiller and it really easy to use. My only suggestion would be that you offer some way to delete or erase Fillable Names etc. that are saved if we choose. (i.e. Wrong spellings or no longer needed information.)

Some contact lenses are packaged in one case but some lenses are available as a package of 6 or 12 lenses, it is depends on your prescription and the types of lenses you prescribed. Just go to your doctor's office where you can get one pair of contact lens.
Trial contact lenses are designed to be temporary lenses you can wear to determine how a particular prescription works for you. Trial lenses are not intended for prolonged use. Instead, they're a tool that your doctor can use to find the correct fit and prescription for your needs.
How does the NHS voucher scheme work for contact lenses? When you have an eye test through the NHS (if eligible), the test is free. If a change is required, and you are on certain benefits like income support or job seeker's allowance, you'll get a voucher which you can use toward the cost of glasses or contact lenses.
For the most part, trial lenses will last the same amount of time as the lenses you'll be ordering. Dailies last for a day, two-week contacts last for a couple of weeks, and so on. Still, your doctor will tell you to wear them for a short period of time. In most cases, it's only about a week.
Ask your optometrist for trial contact lenses. Optometrists will often have free trial lenses that they can give you following your eye exam. Daily's, two-week lenses etc) and your optometrist should be able to provide you with a trial pair for the different types/brands.
While you can only wear daily contacts for up to 16 hours, some monthly contact lenses, referred to as extended-wear monthly lenses, can be continuously worn for up to 7 days!
