Batch Watermark PDF Files After setting the watermark, you need to go to the “Tool” tab and click “Batch Process > Watermark” if you need to batch watermark PDF files. In this window, upload other PDF files or file folders that you want to add the watermark to.
Go to Batch > Sign & Seal. To use a previously saved batch of PDFs, click Load and select the desired file. The active PDF, if any, is automatically added to the process. By default, any document in the Files list will be affected.
In the File menu, click Batch Processing. Right-click an action in the Actions list, and then click Run In the Settings area, use the buttons to select a folder containing the required files and select a folder where the new files will be saved. Click Run to perform the batch process.
