Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

According to the MN Department of Human Services website, a PCA is limited to providing and being paid for up to 275 hours per month of personal care assistance services regardless of the number of recipients being served or the number of PCA provider agencies enrolled with.
In order to receive compensation, home caregivers must first qualify to work as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in the state of Minnesota. Under this home care program, parents are not permitted to provide home care for their under-aged children, nor are spouses permitted to act as caregivers for each other.
Requirements: Minnesota Health Care Programs (MCP) requires all individual personal care assistance providers (PCA's) to take the DHS Individual Personal Care Assistance (PCA) training and pass a one-time online test. Individual PCA's may take the training and test as often as needed.
The consumer must have a permanent or chronic disability and must require physical assistance with two or more ADLs. The consumer's physician must prescribe PCA services. The consumer must live in the community.

When determining maximum weekly hours, the state recommends dividing monthly authorized hours by 4 weeks.
