So far I have found every form I have needed. The only problem I have is that I cannot print directly from the website. When I try to print I get blank pages.

It is easy to use and there is no watermark which is really great when it is something that I am going to have to turn in professionally. They do a great job of making the pdf to write in

How is the PEG performed? Your doctor will use a lighted flexible tube called an endoscope to guide the creation of a small opening through the skin of the upper abdomen and directly into the stomach. This procedure allows the doctor to place and secure a feeding tube into the stomach.
Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is an endoscopic medical procedure in which a tube (PEG tube) is passed into a patient's stomach through the abdominal wall, most commonly to provide a means of feeding when oral intake is not adequate (for example, because of dysphagia or sedation).
For externally removable PEG tube, the PEG can be removed by external traction. If the internal bumper is non-collapsible, the PEG tube can be removed after endoscopic dissection of the PEG tract using a coagulation device (such as needle knife or snare). Insert a wire guide through the existing PEG tube.
It can occur as a result of excessive tension between external and internal bumpers of the PEG tube that facilitates such a migration. Patients usually present with spiritual leak, infection, immobile PEG tube, abdominal pain, and resistance to feeding.
Will the procedure hurt? A PEG tube is painful initially, but the pain will resolve with time (7-10 days). The tube is not easily visible when wearing clothes. When not in use, they can simply be taped to the patient's abdomen to prevent them from moving around underclothing.
With a PEG procedure, a small feeding tube is inserted directly into your stomach through the abdominal wall. The tube is fitted during a minor operation and can be hidden under clothes. A PEG tube user can usually still take some fluids or food by mouth after the PEG has been put in place.

You'll need surgery for a gastric tube, the most common type, to run it through your belly. A feeding tube can be uncomfortable and even painful sometimes. A feeding tube can remain in place as long as you need it.
It may take up to four weeks for the skin around the PEG tube to heal.
Begin with water on evening of tube placement and begin regular tube feeding after 24 hours, as instructed. You may shower 24 hours after tube placement. To remove drainage, crusts, or blood from the skin around the tube, use a solution of half hydrogen peroxide- half water.
It may take up to four weeks for the skin around the PEG tube to heal.
Conclusion: PEG tubes should be replaced after approximately eight months in order to prevent skin infection around the PEG and fungal growth. We recommend replacement of PEG tubes by a skilled physician in the hospital at regular eight-month intervals.
After the feeding tube is permanently removed Your child's tract will start to heal and close within hours of removing the feeding tube, but it can take more than two weeks to close completely. It will leak during this time.
One of the early and more difficult issues that parents face with tube feeding is feed intolerance. Feed intolerance may present as vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, hives or rashes, retching, frequent burping, gas bloating, or abdominal pain.
A PEG tube lasts about 1 year. Replacing the old tube is usually a simple procedure that your healthcare provider can do without surgery or anesthesia.
