it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

Click on the Gear icon. Select Account and Settings. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab. In the QuickBooks section, click on View payment history. On the Payment History page, select a date range and then click on the printer icon to print.
Go to Reports. Choose Report Center. Select Customers & Receivables. Scroll down to the bottom, click Transaction List by Customer.
Choose Reports from the top toolbar in QuickBooks. Click Customers & Receivables. Hit Open Invoices. A full list of open invoices will be displayed on your screen.
Click Reports on the left-panel menu, and search Invoice List. Click the Customize button, and set the Report period. Go to the Filter section, and select Paid in the A/R Paid field. Click Run report.
1Display the Create Invoices window (choose CustomersCreate Invoices), click the arrow next to the Print button, and choose Batch from the drop-down list. 2Select the invoices that you want to print. 3Click OK. 4Select the type of invoice form. 5Print the forms. 6Review the invoice forms and reprint them if necessary.
From the invoice toolbar, go to the Reports tab, then select Transaction History. Under Invoice Information, check Sent Date and Send Method. If there's no status, the invoice may have been tagged for Email Later. Go to the QuickBooks File menu, then select Send Forms to see if there are invoices in the email queue.
Go to Reports at the top menu, and select Customers & Receivables. Choose Transaction List by Customer. Click the Customize Report button, and go to the Filter tab. Search for Transaction Type, and select Invoice. Search for Paid Status, and select Closed. Click the OK button.
Single Invoice Choose the customer for whom you want to check on an invoice and open the invoice in question. Click on the “History” tab of the Invoice toolbar. Check for the scent date and see if “Email” is listed as the send method. Select the “File” tab and click “Send Forms” if no sent date is listed.
