Needed some Quick 1099's - PDF Filler Came to the Rescue Good product for what it is designed for. Downloaded this in a pinch when I need to get a vendor a 1099 last minute. Couldn't find anything that would allow me to do this on the IRS website and PDF Filler allowed to complete one in a matter of minutes. Definite a lifesaver and helped me save a relationship with a vendor. Automatic renewal snuck up on me. I didn't mind paying for it the first year, but this year I didn't need it.

A private cloud is a single-tenant environment, meaning the organization using it (the tenant) does not share resources with other users. Those resources can be hosted and managed in a variety of ways. In any case, the private cloud and its resources are dedicated to a single user or tenant.
Hybrid cloud refers to mixed computing, storage, and services environment made up of on-premises infrastructure, private cloud services, and a public cloud such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure with orchestration among the various platforms.
Often a hybrid cloud is used within finance. The private cloud is used for trade orders, while the public cloud is used for trade analytics. By setting up the system in this way, firms are able to significantly reduce their space requirements. The hybrid model is also often used within healthcare.
The private cloud is defined as computing services offered either over the Internet or a private internal network and only to select users instead of the public. So private clouds require the same staffing, management, and maintenance expenses as traditional datacenter ownership.
The main differentiator between public and private clouds is that you aren't responsible for any of the management of a public cloud hosting solution. A large company may choose a private cloud, while a smaller business might choose a public cloud. Think 'Public Cloud' just means AWS or Azure? Think again.
An example of a private cloud deployment is where you maintain your own servers and infrastructure that hosts your applications and data. A Hybrid model is where you also have some applications or servers based on business need running in a public cloud infrastructure like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.

Form the water vapor. Fill a jar with 2 inches (5 cm) of warm water and stir. Form smoke particles. Cool it. Watch the cloud appear. Make it disappear. The real deal.
A public cloud is a platform that uses the standard cloud computing model to make resources, such as virtual machines (VMs), applications or storage, available to users remotely. Public cloud services may be free or offered through a variety of subscription or on-demand pricing schemes, including a pay-per-usage model.
Microsoft Launches Massive Private Cloud Server Service In Azure. Microsoft Azure's now has a new service that allows users to run virtual machines to run a single-tenant physical server. With this new feature, people can now use the cloud storage of Azure to run a private server.
