Right-click the field and select the record field properties. In Record field properties click the EDIT button. In edit click the TABLE EDIT in edit type and choose “prompt table with no edit”
Create a record (say PROMPT_DVW) and add necessary fields that need to be prompted. Set up the key structure in the way you would like the prompt page to be appeared. Save the record as dynamic view type. On the record field property of the address I'd field, set the dynamic view as the prompt table.
Step 1 : Create two views/dynamic views for show the states of US and Canada. Step 2 : Go to record field, in our case it is state field (Right click and select View Definition on the state field on the page). Step 4 : Select Edits tab and then select Table Edit.

PeopleS oft Set Control Field Overview As the name suggests The field which controls the access of data sets (Record Sets) in various control tables (DEPT_TBL, LOCATION, JOBCODE_TBL, SAL_ADMIN_PLAN etc) is known as Set Control Field.
Select Start > Programs > PeopleS oft 8. Xx > Application Designer. Enter your signor information, and click the OK button. Select File > New from the tool menu. Select the Record option, and click the OK button.
