Protect Autograph Paper: edit PDFs from anywhere

Having the best PDF editing tool is essential to improve your document management.

In case you hadn't used PDF for your documents before, you can switch to it anytime — it's easy to convert any other file format into PDF. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF to replace many other documents. It is also the best option in case you want to control the layout of your content.

There are many solutions allowing you to modify PDFs, but there are only a few to cover all use cases at a reasonable value.

Use pdfFiller to annotate documents, edit and convert to other file formats; add your digital signature and complete, or send to other people. All you need is in the same browser window. You don’t have to download any programs.

Use one of the methods below to upload your document template and start editing:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the link to your sample.
03
Search for the form you need from the online library.
04
Upload a document from the cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Add and edit visual content. Change a page order. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Ask other users to fill out the fields. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To build a collection of long-lasting autographs, ask people to write their signatures on a sheet of alkaline buffered paper or archival cotton bond paper using an archival pen such as a Sigma Micron pen. Temperature and relative humidity play a major role in preservation.
Spray a nonacetone-based clear coat spray to autographed sports memorabilia, guitars or other items that won't be worn or washed to add a protective coating. Place the item on a solid surface, hold the can 12 to 14 inches away, and depress the trigger lightly for a few seconds.
#1: Keep it cool and dry. Temperature and humidity play a significant role in preservation. #2: Into the darkness. Avoid displaying your documents in bright light. #3: Rotate exhibits. #4: Fireproof safes are not safe. #5: Say no to acid. #6: Duct Tape doesn't fix everything. #7: Don't mess with metal. #8: A warm bath.
And black Sharpies tends to last longer, while blue tends to fade more quickly with time. Use an ultra-fine, silver paint pen on hockey pucks. For footballs and basketballs, we have found that Prismacolor silver paint pens are best. If you are getting a card signed, a blue or black Sharpie is probably your best option.
Use a dry iron (no steam) and keep the iron flat over the signature for at least one minute. Do not rub which could smear the ink, but lift the iron up and down over the signature while applying firm pressure to prevent scorching. If you don't have an iron, toss the signed fabric into the dryer.
Watch The Temperature. A hot or humid environment can cause a signature to run if it becomes excessive, and it's simply not a good idea to store your ball anywhere the temperature exceeds 75 degrees or 50% humidity. Case It Up. Protect It From Light.
Just keep it upright on a sturdy shelf in any climate-controlled, low humidity area, out of direct sunlight. Dust once in a while. It'll be fine. If you're really worried, you could try those clear protective book covers that libraries use.
