No, I think its a good program. Just a few things I need to learn how to use. Although, it's a bit costly, I would like to keep using, but it may be expensive for my business.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Proof of delivery (POD) is a method to establish the fact that the recipient received the contents sent by the sender. In the United States, DHL, UPS and FedEx as well as the US postal service (USPS) provide proof of delivery.
Proof of Delivery (POD) is a document that confirms receipt of an item. Recipients must sign for receipt of the mail indicating the date when the mail item was delivered to them. A copy of the Proof of Delivery receipt is provided to the sender.
For the logistics industry, POD becomes a critical part of the delivery system. POD (Proof Of Delivery) is a significant part of the delivery process as it establishes that the package has been delivered to the customer. They are basically an official document where customer confirms the receipt of the order or parcel.
You can request a Proof of Delivery for applicable tailpieces by using the USPS Tracking® Tool at USPScoma®. Select Proof of Delivery and follow the provided directions to receive a Proof of Delivery email either with or without a delivery address.
Certified Mail is a special USPS service that provides the person sending the tailpiece with an official receipt showing proof the item was mailed. When the tailpiece is delivered, the mail carrier requires a signature from the recipient. That signature is stored in the USPS database for a period of 2 years.
A Bill of Lading is a written receipt from a carrier for the transportation of materials, whereas the proof of delivery is a receipt signed by the party receiving the materials.
The bill of lading is a required document to move a freight shipment. The bill of lading (BOX) works as a receipt of freight services, a contract between a freight carrier and shipper and a document of title.
Signature Verification Letter Sample [Name of the authorized person] is the authorized person for any kind of operation of his/her account. It is hereby certified that the signature of [name of authorized person] appearing below is authorized, and it is used for the operation of the mentioned account.
Format for Signature Verification Letter to Bank Dear Sir, I, Ravi Sharma, maintain a savings account with your prestigious bank. My account number is 456789. I would like to request you to please verify my signatures for the purpose of digital signature.
Signature verification is a technique used by banks, intelligence agencies and high-profile institutions to validate the identity of an individual. An image of a signature or a direct signature is fed into the signature verification software and compared to the signature image on file.
Digital signatures are typically made in a two-step process. Thus, when a signature is verified by the public key, it decrypts to a hash matching the message. That hash can only be decrypted using the public key if it were encrypted with the private signing key. Public keys are created by the key pair owner.
Signature Confirmation costs $3.15 when purchased at a Post Office, and $2.65 when purchased electronically using online postage services such as Stamps.com.
The important feature to add if you want to know that someone actually received the piece of mail is the Signature Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is a feature you can ADD to a mail piece that you're mailing via Certified Mail. Certified Mail basically gives you a tracking number which is useless for anything.
Certified Mail costs $3.35. That fee is in addition to the First Class Mail or Priority Mail delivery fee to send the tailpiece. Additional services for Certified Mail include Return Receipt. The cost of Return Receipt is $2.75 for a mailed receipt or $1.45 for an Electronic Receipt that is emailed to you.
Yes. Banks can certify your signature in their letter head. On request of the customer in writing at his/her home branch, banks do so after charging the customer the prescribed fee.
