This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient. The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Verify that you are signed in and that you have privileges to create content and publish hosted feature layers. Open Content > My Content, click Add Item, and click From my computer. Click Choose File or Browse (the button name varies by web browser) and find the file on your computer. Select the file and click Open.
Sign in to your organization. Open Content > My Content and open the item page for the hosted feature layer you want to use as a source for the view. Click Create View Layer on the Overview tab of the item's page. Type a unique title for the hosted feature layer view.
Hosted feature layers support vector feature querying, visualization, and editing. Hosted feature layers are most appropriate for visualizing data on top of your base maps. In web apps, hosted feature layers are drawn by the browser and support interactive highlighting, queries, and pop-ups.
To create a feature service, create a map in an Arc GIS Desktop client, publish the map with feature access enabled (RCMP) or as a feature layer (Arc GIS Pro), and use web, Arc GIS Desktop clients, and apps to access the service.
Login to your Arc GIS Online account, and in the My Content section, you can click the Create Layer button to create a new hosted feature layer. You can create a brand-new layer from one of the templates, or you can create a new one from an existing layer.
On the View tab, in the Windows group, click Contents. Click the new feature layer. On the Data tab, in the Design group, click Fields. On the Fields tab, in the Changes group, click New Field. Double-click the Field Name field and type a name.
Hosted imagery layers are dynamic image services that run on Arc GIS Image Server sites your portal administrator has federated with the portal. See Publish hosted imagery layers for more information.
First, we actually call this type of service a hosted feature layer. Feature layers are useful when you need to expose vector data for display, query, and editing on the web. Maps, apps, and desktop map viewers can access your services from anywhere on the Internet if you choose to allow it.
