It seems to be pretty straightforward. I have trouble saving it to Word and printing it but I can just print it from this program and it turns out perfect.

For those who are unfamiliar with the process, the FCC renews broadcast radio and television station licenses for eight-year terms (with a few rare exceptions). So, current license holders must file a separate application for each station every eight years requesting a license renewal and pay the required filing fee.
You may renew your license through universal Licensing System (US) at any time within 90 days of the expiration date for the license and up to two years after the license expires.
The duration of the license period is laid out in 47 CFR 73.1020. All broadcast stations are typically licensed for a period of eight years. If the FCC feels that the public interest will be better served by granting a broadcaster a shorter license period, they may do so.
Login to the US License Manager with your FCC Registration Number (FAN). From your License At A Glance page, choose the Renewal link in the right-hand menu called Work on this License.
If your license expires, you must stop transmitting immediately. There is a two-year grace period in which you may renew your license and keep your call sign. After two years, your expired call sign is released to the pool and your lose your renewal eligibility.
Licenses currently remain valid for 10 years from the date of issuance or renewal. Renewal can be done on-line. The entry-level license, known as Technician Class, is awarded after an applicant successfully completes a 35-question multiple choice written examination.
Government Regulation of the Media. ... Radio and television broadcasters must obtain a license from the government because, according to American law, the public owns the airwaves. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issues these licenses and is in charge of regulating the airwaves.
FCC regulates the media The broadcast media, primarily radio and later television and cable, were seen not only as content carriers, but also, because of the nature of the airwaves (like public property such as water), as embodying a public interest.
The FCC's regulatory powers extend only to over-the-air broadcasters, who transmit their programs via the publicly owned spectrum. In order to obtain the FCC's permission to use slivers of that spectrum, broadcasters agree to abide by the commission's rules, which include indecency standards.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent government agency responsible for regulating the radio, television and phone industries. The FCC regulates all interstate communications, such as wire, satellite and cable, and international communications originating or terminating in the United States.
