Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Underneath the Digital IDs (Certificates) setting, click on “Publish to GAL". A new window will appear and prompt you, “Microsoft Office Outlook is about to publish your default security certificates to the Global Address List.” Click OK. Your certificates should have published to GAL successfully.
From the Outlook menu bar select the Tools > Options > Security > Import/Export. Select Import existing Digital ID from a file. Click Browse. Navigate to the exported certificate, select the certificate and click Open.
To remove the certs, open Tools > Internet Options > Content tab, then click the Certificate button. You will need to click on each of the certs labelled with DOD EMAIL CA-XX, and DOD CA-XX, and then click the Remove button.
In the Certification Authority snap-in, right-click the CA, and then click Properties. On the Exit Module tab, click Configure.
Log into your Windows server running IAS or NPS (RADIUS Server). Launch the Microsoft Management Console (mmc.exe). Select File menu > Add/Remove Snap-in. Choose Certificates from Available Snap-ins and click Add. Choose Computer account for snap-in management and click Next.
When prompted to identify yourself, Highlight your Identification Certificate. Select it, then click OK. Browse the list and locate the key you want / need to recover. Once located, click the Recover button.
Open the browser on the server and navigate to militarycac.com's download section HERE. Download 'InstallRoot 3.13.1a from MilitaryCAC' You might be prompted to add militarycac.com to your trusted sites to complete the download. Click 'Open' so that the file automatically launches.
