Easy to use, great feedback. Only wish there were more features built in. I've given feedback on how adding field to a form should have built in guides that you can place, then drop and snap to. Another great feature would be to allow these fields to move with the arrow keys so when you don't want it to snap to position, you can manually adjust to make exact. Also, it would be nice to see the text fields with faded text so we can see how many letters we can fit without having to save and test it ourselves. I could probably give more feedback but maybe I should send in my job application first? lol

Press the Menu key on your remote. Select Settings & Support. Choose Preferences. Select Guide Settings. Choose a position for the Mini Guide. Select either Top or Bottom. Select Save.
Press Menu on your remote. Using the arrow buttons scroll to Account Overview and then press OK/Select. Scroll to Equipment using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select. Highlight RESET DATA and then press OK/Select. Once the system has reset, try your request again.
Press the Menu button on your remote, scroll to Settings & Support using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select. Using the arrow buttons, scroll down to Account Overview and then press OK/Select. Here you'll be able to choose from the following options:
Press the OK/Select button twice on the remote while viewing programming to open the Mini Guide. Reset (power cycle) your receiver by unplugging the power cord, waiting 15 seconds, and then plugging the power cord back into the outlet. Wait up to 20 minutes for the receiver to fully recover and turn it back on.
Make sure: Your equipment (TV and cable) is properly connected. The coaxial cable is connected to the outlet wall. Your TV is on the correct source or input (i.e. Video 1, HDMI). Refresh your receiver. Unplug your receiver, wait at least 60 seconds, and plug it back in.
Find your device code from the remote manual. Click here to for the manual. Press the MODE key from your remote. Press the SETUP key until MODE key blinks twice. Enter the device code. Press any button to test your remote.
Guide Options. Press the OPTIONS or the A button on your remote to access Guide Options when the full screen Guide is displayed. Select Filter Channels and choose a category (Favorites, Sports, Movies, Kids & Family, News). ... Select Jump to Date to quickly see the program listings for a future day.
Spectrum Guide includes an interactive program guide to help you get the most out of your video subscription. Press the GUIDE button on your remote to display the full-screen guide view with program listings and channel information. ... Upcoming programs and adjacent channels are shown in rows and columns.
Use the down arrow button to highlight Guide and press OK. Highlight Subscribed Channels and press OK. To display only channels you subscribe to in the guide, select View subscribed and press OK. To display all channels (including channels you are not subscribed to), select View all channels and press OK.
