I've only used it a few times, but I think that I might be using it more over the next couple of years, as my daughter finishes high school and goes through the college application process! She's also on a couple of sports teams which require the same forms every year; it will be nice to have the info already entered and just modify some dates!

i wasn't provided with the email address to send my address change (8822). Especially after adding my card information for the payment. Other than that, my experience was very fast and to the point. i loved that.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The Federal Trade Commission says that the Code of Federal Regulations allows companies to ask consumers to complete warranty registration for products that come with a limited warranty (the kind of coverage that accompanies most products) if they disclose up front precisely what is required.
After the first 45 days you can still cancel the warranty, but you'll only get a partial refund — the amount you'll get depends on how long ago you took out the warranty. You can't do this if you've already made a claim.
Companies whose products have a limited warranty (the usual type) may ask consumers to complete warranty registrations, says Elizabeth Jordan, a spokeswoman for the Federal Trade Commission. ... (Products with a full warranty, relatively rare, can't require registration as a condition of coverage.)
When goods are faulty, if you return them within six months, then it's up to the shop to prove they weren't faulty when you bought them. ... Yet the longer it's been and the less durable the item, the harder it'll be to fight for a full refund. In such a case, you might have to accept a partial refund or credit note.
The truth is, in most cases not registering your purchase won't actually void the manufacturer warranty. In fact, in some states that would be illegal. Most products today are now sold with a limited warranty and if they require registration it must be clearly stated.
A receipt is all the documentation you really need when it comes to proof of purchase. Still, companies will phrase things in such a way as to make you think that registering your product online or via mail safeguards you. In truth, many of them use registration cards to sign you up for coupon books and other deals.
A non-transferable warranty isn't bad, it's the same warranty coverage as a transferable warranty. The only difference is that it stays with the original purchaser and cannot transfer to another owner. Each manufacturer and product is unique and has varying performance levels requiring different warranty coverage.
With a full warranty, a company guarantees to repair or replace a faulty product during the warranty period. If the product is damaged or defective, companies offering a full warranty must repair or replace it within a reasonable time. ... A limited warranty might cover only specific parts or certain types of defects.
If goods are faulty, whether bought in-store or online, you are entitled to a full refund provided you haven't 'accepted them'. In a nutshell, this means you have had time to inspect the goods and reject them.
If you simply change your mind, the retailer has no legal obligation to give you your money back, should you return an item without a receipt. ... If your goods are faulty, and you don't have the receipt, you still have the right to a repair, refund or replacement as under the Consumer Rights Act.
