The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

Arranged from largest to smallest. Decreasing. Example: 100, 45, 22, 18, 2 are in descending order. See: Ascending Order.
Don't forget to use the three rules of ascending order. The correct way to write these numbers in ascending order is: 7, 17, 19, 37, 41, 59, 73. As you may have noticed, neither of our examples use numbers that are increasing, or getting bigger, by adding 1 to the smaller numbers.
Select a single cell in the column you want to sort. On the Data tab, in the Sort & Filter group, click to perform an ascending sort (from A to Z, or smallest number to largest). Click to perform a descending sort (from Z to A, or largest number to smallest).
To sort the whole table, select the table. Move the pointer over the letter above the column by which you want to sort. Click the arrow that appears, then choose a sorting option: Sort Ascending: Sort the data in alphabetical order (A to Z) or by increasing numerical values.
Arranging numbers (or other items) in ascending order means to arrange them from smallest to largest. The numbers 12, 5, 7, 10, 1, 160 arranged in ascending order are 1, 5, 7, 10, 12, 160. The people below are arranged in ascending order of height (from left to right).
