Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

To start the Redaction process you will want to go to your Actions menu on the right and click on Redact. Then you will see the Redact toolbar appear at the top of the screen. The Redact toolbar has all the tools you need to redact a signature in one centralized location.

Open the PDF that is attached in the Signed & Filed email. Click the 'Lock' icon in the upper-left corner of the page. Click the link labeled: 'Permission Details. ' In the “Security Method' drop down, select: 'No Security. ' Enter your unlock password and click the OK button three times.

Then draw the shape as many times as needed until your document is blacked out.) File > Save As, and choose an image format such as PNG or GIF.
