Great product. Have been using it for years. Not easy or intuitive to renew subscription. Ended up getting a 50% renewal but was initially offered a 75% renewal. Mainly use this for personal and light business use.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Most courts have forms or templates you can use to write your divorce settlement agreement. Ask the clerk of the court where you're filing for divorce. You may also be able to download forms from the court's website.
Parties: the two spouses should be identified. Grounds: the reason for the divorce should be stated. Property: the division of all property, including assets and debts. Children: arrange for the custody, care and support of children involved.
Once signed, the Divorce Agreement becomes a binding contract, which means both spouses are obligated to follow its terms. It will then be incorporated into your final divorce decree and become a binding court order; if either of you violates the order later on, you could be held in contempt of a court.
Divorce Settlement: The marital assets are split 50/50 between the spouses. There is no spousal support or child support. Their marriage is a medium-term marriage where spousal support and an unequal division of marital property may be considered. Divorce Settlement: The marital assets are split 60/40 in Karen's favor.
In the UK the starting point for dividing the assets in divorce is 50/50. However, the financial settlement will usually be different in every case as it depends on the parties' circumstances and their needs when it comes to deciding what they should each receive from the matrimonial assets.
A divorce decree is a court document that is a final judgment from divorce court. It contains information about your case, including spousal support, child support, custody, visitation, property division, and other information. Only a court can issue a divorce decree. You receive it at the end of your case.
Include a statement about your separation and pending divorce. After the information about the marriage, provide the date you and your spouse separated. Then list who filed the divorce proceeding, the name and location of the court where it was filed, and the case number.
Changes Before A Settlement Is Finalized Usually, two people enter into a divorce settlement after attending a mediation, or after negotiations between their attorneys. However, it is easier to rescind a divorce agreement before it is entered into the divorce decree than it is to change it afterward.
The quick answer is that yes, a binding financial agreement can be overturned. Two spouses can make a binding financial agreement at any time before, during or after marriage, separation or divorce.
To begin any divorce, you need to file the petition for a divorce with your local court. If, however, you change your mind soon after submitting these papers, you should go to the county clerk and ask for the petition. If it hasn't yet been filed, you may be able to withdraw it.
In the event a spouse does not voluntarily agree to changing a divorce settlement agreement, a motion to ask to change the current custody, visitation and/or child support order can be made to the court. The motion must be filed with the court that issued the original divorce decree.
If your ex fails to pay support he or she can be held in contempt and even thrown into jail. When it comes to paying debts though, a judge can't throw someone in jail for failure to do what they were ordered to do.
If your ex-spouse violates any aspect of the final decree of divorce, you can file a motion for contempt of court. The motion must state what areas of the final decree have been violated and why the ex-spouse should be held in contempt of court. The burden of proof during a contempt hearing is on the injured party.
If spousal support is owed under a court order or an agreement, a failure to pay the support owing is a breach of that order or agreement, and, in the case of orders, it can be contempt of court as well.
Settlement agreements are legally binding contracts that waive an individual's rights to make a claim covered by the agreement to an employment tribunal or court. They usually include some form of payment to the employee and may often include a reference. They are voluntary.
