The software is really good The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Small business friendly Filling out forms for business accounts and taxes looks very professional using this software. I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance. Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A: No. The employee is not required to disclose the nature of the employee's medical condition or disability (i.e., their diagnosis). The employer cannot ask for the employee's complete medical records as those records may be unrelated to the need for accommodation.
Employers request medical information to make decisions about accommodating an employee or potential employee or to confirm an employee's absence for medical reasons. Employers, employees, unions and doctors all play a role in gathering reasonable medical information on an employee's disability.
Employers have some ability to ask about your medications if the medications directly affect your job performance. However, if an employer asks you about any medications you take, the employer is obligated to keep your prescription information confidential, just as he must for any other medical data.
However, your employer cannot obtain information about you from your health care provider directly without your authorization, unless other laws require them to disclose it. However, if you work for a health plan or a covered health care provider, the Privacy Rule does not apply to your employment records.
Employers have the right to ask for a note from the physician when an employee takes time off for sickness, but they must apply the policy equally to all employees. An employer can require employees to turn in a doctor's note when they are off for more than three consecutive days and cite sickness as the reason.
Does my employer have access to my medical records or insurance claims? A. Absolutely not. Under HIPAA, your supervisor or human resource officials can request a doctor's note or information about your health only if needed to administer sick leave, workers' compensation, wellness programs or health insurance.
Under the Personal Health Information Protection Act, you have the right to request access to your own personal health information held by health care providers, called health information custodians, such as doctors, nurses and dentists, and others involved in the delivery of health care services, including pharmacies,
Yes. The HIPAA Privacy Rule gives you the right to inspect, review, and receive a copy of your health and billing records that are held by health plans and health care providers covered under HIPAA. In a few special cases, you may not be able to get all of your information.
One of the essential considerations for the modern human resources department is adherence to HIPAA laws, which guide security procedures for employee health records. The goal of the law is to ensure employees can switch health insurance providers and their health records without losing coverage.
While it is generally true that HIPAA does not apply to employers simply because they collect employee health information, HIPAA will affect employers in the process of obtaining this information because HIPAA usually applies to the health care entity from which the employer is seeking the information.
Who can see my occupational health records? No confidential information from your occupational health medical record should be passed to any other person outside the occupational health service without your written consent, unless the disclosure is a requirement.
Some patients may not realize that the majority of what they tell a GP will be recorded in their medical record in some form or another. If the patient demands deleting the records, then this should only be done in exceptional cases and only then in paper records, never electronic.
HIPAA Generally Does Not Apply to Employers In fact, HIPAA generally does not apply to employee health information maintained by an employer.
While PHI can include information such as names, addresses, and phone numbers, it would only be considered PHI if it was included along with health data. Identified protected health information is not protected by HIPAA Rules.
