This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient. The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

What do you like best?
What I like best about PDFfiller is that it allows me to edit and save protected .pdf files.

I dislike the search function for documents and the fact that it takes a little while for the program to open and save a document.

Your landlord can change a rental agreement at any time during the term of the agreement, with or without your consent. Changes must be made with adequate notice; notice periods are 30 days in most states. Changing a lease is harder because both parties must consent to almost any change.
Adding an Addendum must include the basic elements of any landlord/tenant agreement. You should include the date, the address of the rental property and the names of each party just as you would in the original lease.
Submit a written request to your landlord to ask permission to change roommates. Give the landlord information on the prospective new roommate. If the landlord agrees, get a new rental application and have the new roommate fill it out and return it to the landlord.

The only way you can legally break the rental contract is when there is something wrong with the apartment, and you complained to the landlord — but they did not fix the issue. In this case, you can file a lawsuit against the landlord — but settle by letting you out of the lease.

To evict a non-paying person, you should give the person a 15-day Notice of Termination of Residence. In the Notice, state that she has not been paying rent, and that you are terminating her right to reside on your property as of the end of the month.
You should aim to send the lease to your tenants 5 weeks before their move-in date. Let your tenants know when you expect the lease returned to you. This will help ensure you get it back in a timely manner. If you require they return it in 5 days, you'll be right on time to sign the lease 30 days before they move in.
Most lease agreements require the tenant give at least one month's notice before vacating the unit. Some require longer such as 60 or 90 days notice. Do not sign too far in advance for a rental house, or you might end up responsible for paying rent on two units.
Broadly speaking, the lease will be enforceable against the party or parties who signed the lease, even if others did not. It may also provide that it is not valid unless countersigned by the landlord, meaning that even after the tenants sign the landlord may be able to reject the lease.
An unsigned lease may or may not be enforceable, depending on your state's law. Both landlords and renters should sign a lease for legal purposes. And after lease signing, both parties should have a copy, either printed out or saved online.
The lease should be signed by all adults living on the property and by the property manager or landlord. If a co-signer is part of the rental agreement, they need to sign the lease along with the tenant.
