What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. They were fast, professional and capable. I plan to use them for other projects.

Because for optimal acceleration you do need to shift at redline. However, if you shift at redline in 1st (8800rpm), you will drop to say 6800 rpm in 2nd. 6800 rpm will generally have more power compared to 5500 rpm. So by shifting later in 1st gear, you instantly hit a more powerful rpm range in 2nd gear.
And if you are on a track, you don't want to bounce off the rev limiter. Same thing with the rev limiter. If you're hitting it, your engine is not making as much power as it could to turn the back tire. For most people and most motorcycles, hitting the redline every now and again shouldn't be an item of concern.
Effects on an Engine When You Redline, But what happens if you do? Sometimes you'll be saved by the rev limiter, but it is possible to cause unnecessary wear to the engine, at the very least. You may also risk doing damage to other components like the valve train and transmission, or blowing your engine.

This is USUALLY near the redline. Many people believe that they should shift when the engine reaches peak power. This is generally not optimal because the engine output decreases after peak power — it doesn't drop to 0.
With automatic transmissions these days, you don't have to worry too much about reaching the redline on your tachometer. But cars that offer manual-shift modes or that come with actual manual transmissions can be capable of entering into the red zone if the vehicle doesn't have a rev limiter.

Transmission has nothing to do with it; the redline is related to the performance capabilities of the engine. Often the engine's computer will have protection to stop you blowing it up, and it'll cut the ignition if you just hold your foot flat. (this is called having a “rev limiter").
Redline refers to the maximum engine speed at which an internal combustion engine or traction motor and its components are designed to operate without causing damage to the components themselves or other parts of the engine.
