Meralis Acevedo Meralis AcevedoI was able to find the form I needed. The only thing is that it was a little difficult figuring out how to use all the features it has. How to modify the text was not something I was able to do through erasing. Maybe using PDFfiller more often will help me maneuver the site with time.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
IMS Private Header (P-Header) Extensions are provided according to the recommendations of the 3rd Generation Partnering Project (3GPP), and the IETF. P-Header extensions are primarily used to store information about the networks a call traverses, including (but not limited to) security or call charging details.
Header. In an e-mail, the body (content text) is always preceded by header lines that identify particular routing information of the message, including the sender, recipient, date and subject. Some headers are mandatory, such as the FROM, TO and DATE headers.
Every email message includes a block of text at the top that is referred to as the header. The header contains details about the message, including the sender's information, the recipient's information, the servers that handled the message as it traveled from the sender to the recipient, etc.
The first and the most important header is the Request-Line, which contains the Request-URI. It allows us to route a SIP request directly to a Server. The response then follows the Via header. SIP Client and each proxy which wants to intercept the response adds itself into Via headers of the SIP request.
To begin, open the email message by clicking on it. Click on Details (right above the To: and From: fields) and choose View Message Source. The full headers will appear in a new window, simply right-click inside the headers and choose Select All, then right-click again and choose Copy.
The SIP request message may contain one or more Route headers. A Route header is a header line containing information about the required routing of the request message. This information is contained in the form of a URI, identifying a required next hop (a route).
RFC 3455 3GPP SIP P-Header Extensions January 2003 An associated URI is a URI that the service provider has allocated to a user for his own usage. A registrar contains information that allows an address-of-record URI to be associated with zero or more URIs.
The Contact header field provides a single SIP URI that can be used to contact the sender of the INVITE for subsequent requests.
The P-Access-Network-Info header is a 3GPP-specific header and indicates to the IMS network over which access technology the UE is attached to IMS. In our example the access technology is GPRS. It also includes the Cell Global ID (CGI), which indicates the location of the user.
Trace an email with its full headers. For an email you received in Gmail, you can see where the email came from by looking at its headers, including how it got from the sender to the recipient's mail servers.
