At first, I was disappointed by the service. We needed to fill out a rental application and have been very stressed. We found this website which seemed to be a dream come true. After having filled out all of the painstaking details, found that we had to pay to be able to fill out a document online. This was very frustrating. However, a customer service representative quickly resolved our issues. Thank you.

Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Currently enrolled in high school in the 11th or 12th grade. Be testing in the US, US territories or Puerto Rico. Meet one or more indicators of economic need listed on the ACT fee waiver form.
If you are not able to pay testing costs, you might be eligible for an act fee waiver, which waives the cost of ACT test. The ACT waiver does not cover everything. For instance, the late registration fee will not be covered. Also, if you make any changes in your registration, that will not be covered too.
You cannot request a fee waiver directly from ACT. You must contact your high school counselor. If you receive an ACT Fee Waiver Form, follow the How to Apply this Fee Waiver on it for your registration method (or if requesting Special Testing).
If you're eligible, you can get a maximum of two waivers, meaning you will be able to take the ACT for free twice. Fee waivers are valid through August 31 each year, so you might have to get one waiver your junior year and the other your senior year.
Unfortunately, unlike the College Board (which administers the SAT), ACT, Inc. doesn't offer any fee waivers for ACT score reports. While you can get a fee waiver for the test itself, there is no way to send score reports for free beyond the four you get with registration.
How much does it cost to take the ACT? The ACT costs $46.00 (no writing) or $62.50 (with optional writing test) + $29.50 (if registered late). Other fees may apply depending upon situation.
If you're eligible, you can get a maximum of two waivers, meaning you will be able to take the ACT for free twice. Fee waivers are valid through August 31 each year, so you might have to get one waiver your junior year and the other your senior year.
You are allowed to take the ACT up to 12 times. Of course, you're limited by time and test dates, so actually taking the ACT 12 times would involve multiple retests every year. The ACT is administered seven times a year in September, October, December, February, April, June, and July.
