Does everything a PDF editor should, except when a signature placement is required. The signature is squeezed into a field that miniaturizes the graphic.

Very easy to use I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful. I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

The period for IRA review is limited by Executive Order 12866 to 90 days. There is no minimum period for review. Under the Executive Order, the OMB Director may extend the review period on a one-time basis for no more than 30 days at the request of the rule making agency.
The IRA review process under Executive Order 12866 seeks to ensure that agencies, to the extent permitted by law, comply with the regulatory principles stated in the Executive Order and that the President's policies and priorities are reflected in agency rules.
The complete review and approval process can take anywhere from 6-9 months, depending on the number of requests currently in process and the data collection subject. This estimate includes the 60-day and 30-day public comment periods and the 60 days OMB has to review and act upon each submission.
To avoid overburdening the public with federally sponsored data collections, the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 requires that U.S. federal government agencies obtain Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval before requesting or collecting most types of information from the public.
As you already may know the U.S. Government assigns a particular number to its forms used by the U.S. government. ... OMB stands for Office of Management and Budget, an auxiliary U.S. Government Office that is charged with tracking official paperwork and improving its efficiency.
OMB evaluates the effectiveness of agency programs, policies, and procedures, assesses competing funding demands among agencies, and sets funding priorities. OMB ensures that agency reports, rules, testimony, and proposed legislation are consistent with the president's budget and with administration policies.
The Paperwork Reduction Act mandates that all federal government agencies receive approval from OMB in the form of a “control number”before promulgating a paper form, website, survey or electronic submission that will impose an information collection burden on the public.
To avoid overburdening the public with federally sponsored data collections, the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 requires that U.S. federal government agencies obtain Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval before requesting or collecting most types of information from the public.
OMB Control Numbers and Expiration Dates Approved information collections must display an OMB control number and an expiration date. An approval usually expires three years after OMB grants it, so the FCC must periodically ask for an extension of OMB approval until the collection is no longer needed.
A final rule, in the context of administrative rule making, is a federal administrative regulation that advanced through the proposed rule and public comment stages of the rule making process and is published in the Federal Register with a scheduled effective date.
