Awesome, Love it. It is a good thing because I just didn't know they would charge me 9.00 dollars a month all at one time for the whole year upfront... Thanks for the heads up guys.

This tool is AMAZING!!! I've wasted so much time over the years bringing images into Word and overlaying text boxes to accomplish what this tool does SO easily. Thank You! One suggestion: when I click on a document page on the left side of the screen, it would be great if that page opened roughly where I clicked. That is, if I click on the bottom of the page image on the left, it would be great if the page opened with the bottom showing, rather than having to scroll down to the bottom. This would make it the same as Acrobat.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
1. Product Reliability is defined as the probability that a device will perform its required function, subjected to stated conditions, for a specific period of time. Product Reliability is quantified as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) for repairable product and MTBF (Mean Time To Failure) for non-repairable product.
Definition of Reliability: Reliability is the probability that a product or equipment will perform satisfactorily for a given time under normal conditions of use. So reliability is related to quality, but it is something more than that.

reliability. The ability of an apparatus, machine, or system to consistently perform its intended or required function or mission, on demand and without degradation or failure. Often expressed as mean time between failures (MTBF) or reliability coefficient. Also called quality over time. See also availability.
Product reliability is important not only to the manufacturer, but also to the consumer. When consumers purchase products, they have certain expectations as to how well those products will perform and for how long. When manufacturers offer product warranties, they are standing behind the reliability of their products.
Difference between Quality and Reliability. Quality is a much broader aspect than Reliability. In simple words, Reliability is only a subset of quality, the others being performance, consistency, efficiency, user experience etc. Whereas, Quality is the measure of conformance to laid down product specification.
Product reliability is verified by measurement. The metric for products that cannot be repaired, such as light bulbs, is mean time to failure (MTBF). The metric for products that can be repaired, such as digital computers, is mean time between failures (MTBF).
Calculating MTBF To calculate the MTBF, you divide the number of hours by the number of failures. In the case of the five light bulbs that were tested, which had a failure rate of 4 per 3,647, you determine the MTF as 3,647/4 = 909. The MTBF is therefore 909 hours.
