Sometimes it is hard to figure out the forms. I thought once I type in one form, that the information would replicate into the forms below, but that didn't happen.

I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To suppress the page number on the first page, add \thispagestyle{empty} after the \maketitle command.
If you'd prefer your sections, subsection, and so forth to be displayed without numbers on the left side of the title, you simply add a * symbol to the command.
LaTeX Warning: No \author given. immediate and the warning are now gone. Nevertheless, the word immediate should not appear, if \author is not given. It's part of the code, which prints the warning message.
Try using \date{} . To make this work (in case anyone is having trouble) I had to include this in the preamble before \begin{document}, not near \maketitle itself. This just makes the date blank. It doesn't remove the vertical space where the date is supposed to be.
If \date was not defined, LaTeX will print the current date. If you want to omit the date completely, use \date{} , which stores an empty string. The commands to store your title data can be used in the preamble.
One easy step to reduce the space in between the title and the main body is to add \vspace{} inside the title command. In the example, the vertical space is introduced with reduce the space with height of -3em .
