What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

To access layout options in Google Docs, go to File > Page Setup in the menu. This will open a new window with four key page layout options, including: Page Orientation Whether to display the page as portrait or landscape. Margins Sets the size of the top, bottom, left, and right page margins.
Google quietly released this new feature (similar to print layout in Microsoft Word) that gives you the option of viewing your document in either the fixed-width view or normal or plain view (the equivalent of web layout in Word). To choose between either, just click on the View menu tab in docs.
Tip: To rearrange more than one page, press the Command key as you click the page thumbnails you want to rearrange, then release the Command key. Control-click one of the selected page thumbnails, then choose Cut. Control-click the page thumbnail you want the content to follow, then choose Paste.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Docs app. Open a document. In the top right, tap More. Turn Print layout on. Tap Edit.
Click on the image and in the menu below it change the mode to Wrap Text. Use the scroll arrows on your keyboard to move the images into place. Hold the Shift key down to move the images with the scroll arrows in smaller increments.
Reorder pages Hover over the page you want to move. Use the drag bar on the left of the page name to drag the page up or down to its new position.
