After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

Very easy to use. Not complicated at all. Compatible with every file I needed so far. I don't know how we got by before this program. I haven't come across anything I haven't liked yet. A great value for the price.

We are able to send files in real time as simply as sending an Email. You can have each person input their own data as well as sign documents all without having to print anything out. Of course that is huge in helping the environment.

As far as accessing them via the APIs, they are stored as part of the list item. Physically, they are stored in an SQL table. List attachments are accessible via the various APIs including REST web service calls. You can upload, download and delete files via direct URLs and web services.
