Great until I realized I couldn't use one form to save in different ways. I had to go back and delete and rewrite for each person I was filling the form out for.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Payment card numbers are composed of 8 to 19 digits, as follows: a six or eight-digit Issuer Identification Number (IIN), the first digit of which is the major industry identifier (MID) a variable length (up to 12 digits) individual account identifier. A single check digit calculated using the Kuhn algorithm.
Call the credit card company. If you do not have access to your credit card, and you can't find your account number on your statement or online, call your credit card company to get your account number. The number for your credit card company should be located on your bill, or you can look online to find it.
You might be able to find the number in an online statement when you go into your online account. It's very unlikely they will also put your card's 3-digit security code, since that's only put on the back of your card (it's used to verify that your card is in your possession).
The Meaning of Each Digit. A credit card number is usually 15-16 digits long, but it could be as many as 19 digits or as few as 13 in some cases. Each of these individual credit card numbers has meaning.
Most of us carry credit cards and ATM cards. These, typically, have sixteen digits on the front. These digits are the unique account number for the card.
These numbers uniquely identify the person holding the account. The card issuer allocates them, and they are unique for the issuer that generates them. You could have a different identifier for different cards from the same issuer.
Credit card numbers can be easily reused. Your card is really the 16-digit number, expiration, and 34 digit CVV2.
Replacing a lost or stolen credit card does not hurt your credit score, as the account age and other information is simply transferred to a new account. A stolen or lost credit card can hurt a consumer's credit score if the card is used, the cardholder doesn't report the fraud, and then fails to pay the charges.
Call the credit card company. If you do not have access to your credit card, and you can't find your account number on your statement or online, call your credit card company to get your account number. The number for your credit card company should be located on your bill, or you can look online to find it.
The first 6 digits of a card are indicative of its issuer (the first digit also can tell you the provider, visa etc). That leaves 10 digits on a US debit card. That leaves 10 billion possible numbers available to that issuer. Eventually, numbers are going to start having to be reused.
Your debit card may be safely tucked in your wallet, but someone could have just used it to take money out of your bank account. There are ways to help foil crooks, though doing so means not using your debit card in certain circumstances.
American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover all have 16 numbers but all those numbers have different meanings.
Credit Card Numbers Versus Account Numbers Also, every American Express card has unique numbers, even among authorized user cards that are issued from the same account. In contrast, authorized user cards from other payment networks will have the same numbers when they are linked to the same account.
A credit card number is the unique number imprinted on a credit card. The first six digits on a credit card are called the issuer identification number. They identify the issuer Discover, or American Express, for example. The remaining digits of a credit card number are unique to the individual card.
Practically, zero. Debit cards are issued by different issuers like Master, VISA, master, dinners, etc. They have system for numbering cards issued by them. They would make sure that no two card bears the same number.
