Click a cell in the row or column you want to resize. In the Format sidebar, click the Table tab. Click the disclosure triangle next to Row & Column Size, then click the up and down arrows to set the size you want. The entire row or column is resized.
Delete a row or column anywhere in the table: Control-click a cell in the row or column you want to delete, then choose To delete Row or Delete Column. You can also move the pointer over the numbered or lettered bar for the row or column you want to delete, click the down arrow, then choose To delete Row or Delete Column.
A column break ends the text flow in one column (leaving the rest of the column. Blank) and continues it in the next. To create a column break: 1. Click after the word where you want to end the text flow.
Select the image you want to resize. Drag a selection handle located on the photo's corners to make the photo larger or smaller. When the photo is the size you want it to be, release the selection handle.
Change the number of columns: Tap to remove or add columns. Set column width: To use the same width for all columns, turn on Equal Column Width. To set different column widths, turn this option off, then tap below each column number in the Column Size section. Set the space between columns: Tap next to Gutter.
Select the column. Notice the handle that appears on the right side of the column heading. Drag the handle to the left to make the column narrower or to the right to make the column wider.
To fit the columns to the text (or page margins if cells are empty), click [AutoFit] > select “AutoFit Contents.” To fit the table to the text, click [AutoFit] > select “AutoFit Window.”
