My first day! As far away from tech savvy as you can get! With help on "Team Viewer" I learned how to solve all the problems I had getting started. I will certainly use tech support again but off to a fun start.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Why is there a line on my paper when I print?
These white lines are caused by clogged nozzles that aren't dispensing ink. Some printer manufacturers are trying to solve this problem by incorporating the print head into the ink cartridge. When you're done manually cleaning the print head, turn the printer on and run the printer's built-in cleaning process.
Why is there a black line on my paper when I print?
This happens when the rollers or the transfer belt inside the printer get dirty or covered in excess toner powder and as the paper is moved through the printer, the 'tracks' are being left on the page. This is normally the case when the tracks on the page are located at either end.
How do you get rid of lines on printed paper?
Remove the ink jet cartridge from your printer. Examine the cartridge to identify any leaks. Examine the container inside the printer where the printer cartridge sits to see if there are any droplets of printer ink. Place your ink jet cartridge back into the printer.
How do you fix printer streaks?
Remove the cartridge and rock it back and forth a few times over a trashcan to evenly redistribute the toner powder. Reinstall the toner cartridge and run a test print. If the quality does not improve, check your printer's user guide to see if there is a cartridge cleaning function built into the machine.
How do you print on paper lines?
Put your lined paper into the printer. Click “Start,” and then click your username. Locate the image or document that you want to print. Right-click the file and click “Print.” This will now print your document to lined paper.

What causes lines on printed photos?
Instances of printed images having fine lines aren't too uncommon. That likely is the result of low ink levels or issues with the ink toner or cartridge itself that might cause fine lines to appear. Printer nozzles getting clogged is another possible reason why printer photos have lines.
What causes vertical lines when printing?
Printer heads and rollers get dirty over time. While not exclusive to low-resolution prints, debris on the printer heads and rollers can produce vertical lines in the print because the ink is either being blocked from going on to the page or is being smeared once on the page.
