I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

Just started. Good so far. I wish it connected with our online storage so that completed forms could be automatically added to our storage instead of having to download them.

If your Priority Mail Express tailpiece is not delivered by the guaranteed time, you can request a refund at USPS.com. Refunds will no longer be processed at Post Office locations.
Getting a USPS shipping label refund. You can request a refund to 30 days from the date on which you first printed a shipping label. When you request a refund for USPS shipping labels, the postage amount is credited to your postage balance. You can request a refund from the shipping label's record on the History screen

If the value of the shipment is low then you simply send the package back to the sender where it may or may not be accounted for properly. Once the shipment has been entered into the USPS system and dropped off at the post office it will be almost impossible to actually cancel the shipment.

The quickest way to get a refund is to submit a request online or simply take your customer copy of the Priority Mail Express® label to your local Post Office and complete a PS Form 3533, Application and Voucher for Refund of Postage and Fees. Once verified, your refund will be paid by cash or a no-fee money order.
