Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.

A mark or sign made by an individual on an instrument or document to signify knowledge, approval, acceptance, or obligation. The term signature is generally understood to mean the signing of a written document with one's own hand. Almost all states have passed laws that recognize the validity of “digital signatures."
A legally binding signature makes an agreement official once all parties have placed their signatures on a contract. Signatures are the most common method of indicating that you have read over and agreed to the terms, even if a person's signature is so stylized and unique that's illegible.
Put your initials in the bottom right corner of the document to indicate that you are in agreement with the contents of each page and that you made and approved the changes on certain pages. Look at the last page of the document, which is the signature page. Determine whether you need someone to witness your signature.
To do this, use your craft knife to cut away any rubber that won't fit on the surface of your wooden block (I had to make my square into a circle), and use a strong adhesive, like superglue, epoxy or E6000. Don't forget to stamp the top of your wooden surface before you glue down your rubber!
