Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Answer: Generally speaking, it is best practice to have a third party witness your signature. Therefore, you should avoid getting your wife or husband to witness your signature. This is especially the case if your wife or husband is party to the agreement you are signing, or if you are signing a deed.
be 18 years old or older; know the person whose signature they are witnessing; be satisfied as to that person's identity; not be a party to the document, that is, they should be signing the document only as a witness.
Usually a witness can be anyone who: is 18 years or older. Knows the person whose signature they are witnessing or has taken reasonable steps to verify their identity. Isn't a party to the document.
Now When signing the Guarantor Agreement, the guarantors' signature must be witnessed by someone who is a person of good standing in their community such as a doctor or solicitor (solicitors usually charge £5 for this service) and in all cases someone who is not a party to the Tenancy Agreement.

Including counterpart clauses, while not necessary, does reduce risk. Counterpart clauses are especially useful for contracts with many parties that are unable to be physically present to sign. Often, it will not be possible to get all parties in the same room at the same time to sign a contract.
Counterparts. Simple contracts and deeds are often executed in counterparts. This means that each party to the contract will sign separate but identical copies of the same document. The signed copies will together form a single binding agreement.
Many people still mistakenly believe that only an original signature is enforceable. This would require an original of the contract, signed by the parties, and not a copy, fax, or scan of the contract.
The original is always best. In law, we have something called the best evidence rule. Basically, if you are presenting evidence to a court, it must be the best evidence available. So if a signed agreement is evidence, then the agreement with the original signatures of both parties will be the best evidence.
Having a scanned signature(s) on a document is valid. This has to be the case in a world where we are more likely to work with someone geographically far, than local. To reiterate, having a scanned signature on a contract is perfectly acceptable under law. But acceptance isn't the issue.
A photo of your signature applied to a digital document is not legally binding as it doesn't have the required legal information such as an audit trail and signer's identity validation.
