On the file menu, tap Save As. You can save your files locally to your device or save them to the cloud, so you can share with others easily. To Save. Do this. Locally to your device. Tap This device.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides app. On the file you want to download, tap More. Tap Download. . The file will download onto your phone, and you'll see a notification message.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides app. Next to the name of the document you want to copy, tap More. Tap Make a copy. Enter a title and choose where to save it. Tap Ok.

Tap the More menu from the top left corner of the Word app. You will get a screen like below. Choose Share from above menu, you will then open a new Share as attachment screen as shown in below screenshot. Currently, Word allows you to share Word document as its original file format or PDF format.
If the saved files are images, they'll be saved to your phone in Pictures under a WeTransfer folder. If the saved files are videos, you should be able to find them in a WeTransfer folder in the Movies' folder of your device. That's all there is to it!
Once you've installed the app, you can find your downloaded files by selecting the Browse tab at the bottom of the app, then tapping Downloads. Tap a file to open it, or long-press on it to select the file and delete, share or rename it.
Tap the Files icon to open the app. On the Browse screen: Once in a source, you may tap files to open or preview them, and you may tap folders to open them and view their contents. Tap Select in the upper-right corner of the screen and then tap items to select them for an action.
