How do I email a large number of recipients?

Is there a limit to how many people you can email?
Thus you can send 10 emails with 50 recipients each or 1 email can be addressed to a maximum of 500 people. Rule 2: If you access Gmail via POP or IMAP clients, like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail, you can send an email message to a maximum of 100 people at a time.
What is the maximum number of emails I can send from Gmail?
The current Gmail email sending limit is 500 emails per 24 hours when sending from their web interface. It's important to note that this means 500 in any combination (i.e. 1 email to 500 people or 5 emails to 100 each, etc.).
