Save the file as a PDF to your desktop or another folder. Log into Epic in the SHOP department. Click the Epic button in the top left, select “Patient Care” > “Media Manager” from the drop-down, and select the patient for which you'd like to upload media. Select “Import”.
Log into your Chart account. Click on the Messaging tab. Click on Ask Your Care Team. Type in your message and click on Send.
1. The first way to send a message through the Chart home page is to click on the doctor icon to open the Get Medical Advice form. 2. The second way to send a message through Chart from the home page is to click on the Messaging tab on the right.
Chart accounts can be linked, so you can see all of your information in one view. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Unlike conventional email, all Chart messaging is done while you are securely logged in to Chart.
Your Chart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor's office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit, or you can use the Messaging, then “Get Medical Advice”" section of Chart after logging in to send a message to your provider's office.
To request access to another account, log into Chart and then select the Request access to another account (proxy) link under Quick Links located near the upper right-hand corner of the main Chart page. Follow the instructions.
Log into your Chart account. Click on the Messaging tab. Click on Ask Your Care Team. Type in your message and click on Send.
Go to the Share Everywhere activity. On the Chart website, it's accessible under the Health > Medical Tools menu. On the Chart mobile app, it's accessible from the home screen after you've logged in. Note that you must update the Chart mobile app to version 5.4 or higher to use Share Everywhere.
