Secure Photo Transcript: make editing documents online simple

When moving your work flow online, it's important to get the PDF editor that meets your needs.

Even if you hadn't used PDF for your documents before, you can switch anytime — it is easy to convert any other format into PDF. This makes creating and using most of them easy. Multiple files containing different types of content can also be merged within just one PDF. The Portable Document Format is also the best choice in case you want to control the appearance of your content.

There are many solutions allowing you to edit PDFs, but there are only a few to cover all common use cases and don't cost you a fortune.

pdfFiller’s powerful editing solution has features for editing, annotating, converting PDF documents into other formats, adding e-signatures, and filling out forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editing tool you can use via a web browser. You don’t have to download any applications.

Use one of the methods below to upload your document template and start editing:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the hyperlink to your file.
03
Find the form you need in the template library using the search.
04
Upload a document from the cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Add images to your PDF and edit its appearance. Ask your recipient to fill out the document. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Change a template’s page order.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Can I upload a picture of my transcript or test scores? Yes, if necessary. Please make sure the picture you provide is not dark or blurry and has a high enough resolution for us to easily read all necessary information such as your name, courses, grades, and test scores.
If you have an official transcript and a scanner, you can scan the document directly. Scanning into PDF format is preferable. Scan your transcript at a legible resolution. A B&W 300 dpi image is recommended.
Official Transcripts Most students can access an unofficial transcript on their school's online portal, but most employers require a more official document. An official transcript is typically issued by the school's Guidance or Registrar's office with an official seal or signature.
An official transcript is delivered in a sealed envelope which should not be opened by anyone except the addressee. It is a legal document. There is usually a fee for each official transcript ordered. An unofficial transcript is the student's academic record without signature, seal, date, or sealed envelope.
Official transcripts are required from every college and university you have attended for at least one year as a full-time student. NOTE: Stanford does not consider transcripts that come from applicants or that have been in the applicant's possession as official.
If an unofficial transcript is requested, it is acceptable to send a photocopy of a grade report or a downloaded copy of a transcript, as long as it contains all your coursework, grades, and GPA.
My recommendation would be to get a few copies of your official transcript (and keep them sealed), and also make copies (photocopy or scan) so they are available for you. When someone asks for a transcript, clarify with them if an unofficial transcript is ok at this stage.
If the school has closed, visit the department of higher education in the state in which the college you attended was located. There should be a link to request transcripts from closed schools.
Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions' office for the exact address or procedure.
