i was under the impression that your company made a pdf document fillable for us to put on our web site or facebook page. evidently my form will only be available for 30 days. kind of a rip off in my opinion.

I had to use pdf Filler to fill out some online divorce documents, and after being initially upset at having to pay for a monthly subscription for a year to print it (very upset), I sucked it up, signed up, and have never stopped using it. Just discovered the eraser...very cool.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
This is especially true if you've been resorting to mailing or faxing copies of lease documentation back and forth. Legally Binding According to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, enacted by Congress in 2000, digital signatures are as legally binding as written signatures.
The lease should be signed by all adults living on the property and by the property manager or landlord. If a co-signer is part of the rental agreement, they need to sign the lease along with the tenant.
When a landlord and tenant sign a lease agreement it forms a legally binding contract. The lease cannot be altered except through another written agreement signed by both parties unless the original lease specifically gives a party the power to change something on their own.
To find out who has to sign your lease, you'll have to read your lease in full. ... However, if a lease doesn't have this provision, then the only people who need to sign the lease are the people responsible for paying the rent. Usually, though, your landlord will want every adult occupant to sign.
A landlord might imply signature of an agreement by accepting a tenant's rent payments or by allowing a tenant to take residence in a rental property. Under these circumstances, a lease without the landlord's signature may still be valid and legally binding in the event of a dispute.
Broadly speaking, the lease will be enforceable against the party or parties who signed the lease, even if others did not. A common example is where tenants sign a lease and move into an apartment, but the landlord doesn't also sign. The tenants are bound to the lease even without the landlord's signature.
The Lease Signing Process. ... For managers and landlords who do not use electronic signatures, they may choose to mail a lease agreement to the tenants if they cannot meet to sign the lease in-person prior to move-in. If you mail a lease agreement, some managers might require the tenant to have the signature notarized.
No, you do not have a one-year lease without the landlord's signature. In California, if the landlord has not signed the lease defaults to month-to-month.
Whenever you rent a house or apartment, you make a lease. Even if you never sign anything and just give the landlord some money in exchange for the key — you still have a lease. ... BUT if you don't keep your promise by paying the rent, the landlord can take you to court and evict you.
