I have not been able to figure out how to use my mouse and just scroll/roll thru the doc. I have to go to the left and click on page 2, to get to page 2, I can't just use the roller on the mouse to move.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Simply put, yes, digital signatures are valid and enforceable. As long as certain requirements are met, they have the same legal effect as their written equivalents. Like a traditionally signed contract, one of the most important elements of validity is the signing party's intent to be bound.
The DESIGN Act is a federal law passed in 2000. It grants legal recognition to electronic signatures and records if all parties to a contract choose to use electronic documents and to sign them electronically. No contract, signature, or record shall be denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form.
Draw your signature using your finger or a stylus. If you have access to a touchscreen, you can use your finger to create an electronic signature directly in your document. Upload an image of your signature. Use your cursor to draw your signature. Use your keyboard to type in your signature.
Click the File tab. Click Info. Click Protect Document, Protect Workbook or Protect Presentation. Click Add a Digital Signature. Read the Word, Excel, or PowerPoint message, and then click OK.
Digital Signatures. A digital signature is a type of electronic signature that offers more security than a traditional electronic signature. When you sign a document with a digital signature, the signature links a fingerprint of the document to your identity.
Yes, it is safe to use digital signature as long as you keep your Private key secure. Digital signatures are based on Public Key infrastructure. By this mechanism, two keys are generated, a Public Key and Private Key. The private key is kept by the signer, and it should be kept securely.
Believe it or not, electronic signatures are safer and more secure than traditional paper documents. Not only do they contain a signature, but they also contain traceable information on who signed the document, when they signed it, and where they signed it.
Digital signatures employ asymmetric cryptography. In many instances they provide a layer of validation and security to messages sent through a non-secure channel: Properly implemented, a digital signature gives the receiver reason to believe the message was sent by the claimed sender.
The only difference is that an electronic signature is digitized, but it is also used to verify a document. On the other hand, it can be observed that a digital signature comprises unique features such as fingerprint that are used to secure a particular document.
What is an electronic signature? An electronic signature is a symbol or other data in digital format that is attached to an electronic document and applied or adopted by a person with an intent to sign. Most often, signatures take the form of an image of a physical signature.
