I hate when I fill a pdf, then have to log in, and mistype my password, so by the time I've logged in I've lost ALL my work. Otherwise, it works flawlessly

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Subsidized guardianship is an increasingly popular permanency option that provides an ongoing financial subsidy to eligible children who exit the child welfare system into the permanent care of a legal guardian, often a grandparent or other relative.
Permanent Guardianship refers to a type of guardianship in which a relationship between a child and a guardian is permanent and self-sustaining, and creates a permanent family for the child. The parental rights of a child's parents need not be terminated under permanent guardianship.
A guardianship over an adult lasts until the adult regains the ability to care for himself, or until the adult passes away. A court-ordered guardianship over a child lasts until the child turns 18.
Locate a Probate Court. Find Child's Legal Documents. Fill Out Court Paperwork. Provide Notice to the Child's Parents. Attend Guardianship Hearing.
Permanent custody is the indefinite result of a custody hearing. Permanent custody differs from temporary custody in that an individual with temporary custody only has custody of the child until the court reaches a permanent decision regarding which parent is best suited to provide the bulk of the child's care.
Guardianship agreements can be reversed or revoked in certain situations. In some cases, a guardianship agreement may terminate on its own, without the need to petition the court for a reversal. In cases where the ward is an adult, they may petition the court themselves for a reversal of the guardianship agreement.
Subsidized guardianship programs vary from state to state. Most are available only for relatives who obtain legal guardianship of children who have been in the foster care system for some period of time. In some states, subsidies for guardians are available only when the children are of a certain age.
The TEP is an annual amount of $6,000 paid in instalments of $1,500 at the start of each term to eligible carers to help keep 16 and 17 year-olds in education or training.
