Easy to use. It's good that we have this product cause we can just sign PDF's without printing. Sometimes it's hard to place the 'typing icon' in the right place for filling in information or data.

When the voters in each State cast votes for the Presidential candidate of their choice they are voting to select their State's electors.
When people cast their vote, they are actually voting for a group of people called electors. The number of electors each state gets is equal to its total number of Senators and Representatives in Congress. A total of 538 electors form the Electoral College. Each elector casts one vote following the general election.
Each State is allocated a number of Electors equal to the number of its U.S. Senators (always 2) plus the number of its U.S. Representatives — which may change each decade according to the size of each State's population as determined in the Census. It is subject to change.
In these elections, Virginia chose presidential electors by popular vote. The state was divided into electoral districts. Instead, the candidate who garnered the majority of the electoral vote was elected president, and the candidate with the second largest number of votes became the vice president.
How does California select its electors? On or before October 1 of the presidential election year, each party's nominee must file a list containing the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the 55 electors pledges to him/her. Each party determines its own method for selecting electors.
