Filling PDF files for formal use The product is very easy to use and intuitive, I didn't feel something was missing from my work with the application, in addition, it's global availability is a great advantage. The product offer mainly online editing, which makes it hard in case you wish to work on the flight or just go offline, in addition, the free use is not exactly free as it asks for a payment prior the file conversion.

For example, select some cell near the top right corner of your sheet. Hold down your Ctrl key then click on a cell several rows below it. With Ctrl still down, click on a cell several rows below that. Then with Ctrl still down, click on some other cell near the bottom.
First, select all the cells you want the user to input data into by holding down the CTRL key while selecting each cell. Since all worksheet cells in Excel are locked by default, you need to unlock just the input cells. Now you need to protect the sheet by selecting Tools, Protection, Protect Sheet, OK.
On the worksheet, click a cell. Type the numbers or text that you want to enter, and then press Enter or Tab. To enter data on a new line within a cell, enter a line break by pressing Alt+Enter.
In the worksheet you need to set tab order, right-click the sheet tab and click View Code from the context menu. In the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications window, copy and paste the below VBA code into the Code window.
Tab Order of Cells. Worksheet cells don't have a tab order like controls on an user form. One way that you can define a tab order is to protect the cells that you want to include and protect the sheet. Excel will jump to the next unprotected cell when the user tabs out of the active cell.
