The Free form invites feature makes it possible for signers to put fillable fields in the document at their discretion after they receive it. It means that the sender doesn’t have to prepare a fillable contract or form, leaving this part for the signer.

This feature gives certain freedom to act for the recipients, yet for the sender, it is an additional responsibility as they have to carefully check all executed copies to eliminate possible mistakes.

How to Use Free form Invites?

After you’ve uploaded the document to your account, press More and select the respective option.

Fill out all necessary information in the window including the recipient's email and welcome message and click Send Invite.

When the recipient gets the email, they’ll be asked to enter their name, and then they will be able to place fillable fields within the document.

How to Use the Send Freeform Invites Feature in pdfFiller

The Send Freeform Invites feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily send invitations to others to fill out and sign documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Click on the 'Send' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

In the dropdown menu, select 'Invite to Fill'.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to invite. You can enter multiple email addresses by separating them with commas.

Customize the invitation message by adding a subject and a personalized message. This will help the recipients understand the purpose of the invitation.

Choose whether you want the recipients to be able to edit the document or just view it. You can also set a due date for the document if necessary.

Click on the 'Send' button to send the invitations.

The recipients will receive an email with a link to access the document. They can fill out the document, sign it, and submit it back to you.

You will be notified via email when the recipients complete and submit the document.

To track the status of the invitations and view the completed documents, go to the 'My Forms' section in your pdfFiller account.

Basically a good PDF editor, the one failing is that formatting is not preserved during cut and paste. Could not get the correct formatting with the tools in PDFfiller.

I love that you can turn any document or picture into pdf. As a loan officer, I need copies of driver's license and social security. Everyone has a nice phone but the format is not PDF. This PDFfiller is the best. It only has a few fonts. That is the reason for the 4 out of 5.
