The complaint has a First Count, Second Count, Third Count and Fourth Count. The form did not allow editing of the formatting to insert space for identifying the "Count" being addressed. Otherwise, the form was fine.

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app. At the bottom right, tap Add. Enter the contact's name and an email or phone number. To pick the account where you want to save the contact: Next to your email account, tap the Down arrow. When you're finished, tap Save.
On the File menu, point to New, and then click Contact. Keyboard shortcut To create a contact, press Ctrl+Shift+C. Type a name for the contact. Enter the information that you want to include for the contact. Notes:
Android gives you a few options for transferring your contacts to a new device. Tap your Google account. Tap Account Sync. Ensure that the Contacts toggle is enabled. That's it! Tap Settings on the menu. Tap the Export option on the Settings screen. Tap Allow on the permission prompt.
Open your Contacts app, this should come built-in for all Android phones. Tap the Menu (Settings) button on the outside of your phone, and then from the menu that appears Tap Display Options. In Display Options Tap the checkmark for Only contacts with phones.

If the option to Delete Contact is missing, that usually means it is a linked contact and is being synced from an app like Facebook or Twitter. You'll have to delete the contact from the app, or turn off syncing from that app using these steps: Go to Settings > Facebook (or whatever app has the contact).
Set up your Exchange account. Go to Settings > Accounts > Exchange > (Your account) Disable the Contacts synchronization. Go back to Settings > Apps. Open the overflow icon in the top right and tap Show system. Scroll down to the Contacts Storage app and tap it. Tap Storage. Tap Clear Data.
