How do I use my Uber voucher?
Sign in to the Uber app or create an account at uber.com. Click the link in your email to claim the voucher. The voucher will automatically be added to your account and will apply to your next qualifying trip.

When a rider redeems a Voucher, it is added automatically into the Payment section of the rider's Uber app until it expires. Customers who receive a Voucher can apply it directly to their existing Uber account or will be prompted to download the app to redeem the discounted trip.

Uber now offers passenger Vouchers to pay for certain rides. On Tuesday, Uber overhauled its discount ride program now it's called Uber Vouchers. It's a separate way for customers to pay for a ride. As a passenger, the discounted or free ride lives within the Payments section of the Uber app.
Do Uber vouchers expire?
Yes. For free rides earned from inviting friends to try Uber, they will expire 3 months after they are applied to your account. For other promo codes, the expiration dates depend on the conditions specific to each promo code. The expiration dates of promo codes cannot be changed or extended.
