I'm loving everything and I like how I can do so much without printing, then write your info, then scan to your pc, then email to an individual or group. This is way, way faster.

What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Start with a summary. Present the problem and a range of potential solutions. Choose the best solution and provide step-by-step actions to take. Make it clear if you are making assumptions or need further information.
Respond quickly to the request for advice. Keep the tone respectful. Be careful of appearing judgmental. If you cannot give advice, express your regret. If the topic is a sensitive one, consider your approach carefully. Avoid strong language. Give advice only on the subject you have been asked about.
Start with a positive tone. Identify the type of advice you're seeking. Come prepared with specific details. Ask the right person. Don't ask everyone. Don't assume you already know the answers. Be grateful.
Written notice of an action taken or to be taken on a stated date. In banking, a letter of advice is employed (among other uses) to confirm a transaction or to instruct another bank to make a payment.
Be clear, accurate, and concise. Don't use big words, indirect phrases, or overly nice wording because they could annoy the recipient. Just state the facts and other details in direct and easy to understand language.
Make sure that in writing such a letter, you are precise and to the point. Maintain a formal tone in the letter. Express the reason why you are writing in specific terms (as in put down that your client asked you to write the letter, etc.) Impart the advice being asked of you. Include the references you have consulted.
State the facts: The facts are the answers to the client's questions. Analysis: For an easy analysis, first set out the provision of the law and the law itself. Answer the query: To answer the query, you will rely on the fact and analysis sections.
Letter of Advice Law and Legal Definition. Letter of advice is a written notice of an act which has been done by the writer. It is a letter notifying its recipient of something relating to a commercial transaction, as one notifying a buyer that goods have been shipped.
