I love this program, it is very helpful. However, I would like to see more PDF editing tools available, so I can do things visually, such as cropping, re-sizing, etc...

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Evaluate your position in the company. Before composing your letter, evaluate the market value of your job first. Write down all of your accomplishments. Don't ignore the perks. Include supporting materials. Other considerations to keep in mind.
Of course, if you are required to give employees more than two weeks' notice, the amount of notice pay will be more than two weeks' compensation. Calculating notice pay is a matter of simple arithmetic. Divide the annual salary by 52. Then, expressing the number of weeks in terms of days, multiply $100/day by 14 days.
Pay during the notice period. The person leaving should be paid as normal when they're working their notice period. This includes if they're willing to work, but the employer has asked them not to.
If a notice period such as one month is required for an employer to terminate a contract, a 'payment in lieu of notice' is immediate compensation at an amount equal to that an employee would have earned as salary or wages by working through the whole notice period: for example, one month's salary.
Normally a company will pay you up to the 30/31st on the 25th. So when you resign they will pay out your monies/salary on the last working day of the month including your leave due minus any money owing them.
The company should issue a certificate of service after you resign. If the employee fails to issue a notice, the company is not mandated to give a notice pay. If the notification is delivered late, the company can choose to pay the amount that is left in the contract.
If you're made redundant, your job won't end straight away — you'll get a paid notice period. You might get notice pay instead of your notice period — this is called 'pay in lieu of notice'. Your employer will tell you if they'll give you pay in lieu of notice.
An employee is usually required to serve the agreed notice period before he can leave the company. This notice pay is recovered/ deducted from the salary payable to such employee. Under the tax laws, any payment received from the past/ present or future employer is taxable as salary, and it is taxable on due basis.
