Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.

Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

You can always return to your Incentive Plan and revise it again. It will be securely stored in your pdfFiller profile until you delete it. To delete a file from your document list, click the ellipsis icon on the document and click Move to Trash. If you wish to reuse a document many times, you should click Upload Template rather than Upload Document when adding a file to your pdfFiller.

It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.
