Select Sales then Invoices from the Toolbar. Find the invoice in the list of transactions. Select the drop-down in the Actions column then choose: Print to print the invoice. Send to email the invoice to the customer. Send reminder to email an invoice reminder to your customer.
Open QuickBooks and navigate to the invoice that you want to save as a PDF. Click “File” from the menu and select “Save as PDF.”
Select Sales then Invoices from the Toolbar. Find the invoice in the list of transactions. Select the drop-down in the Actions column then choose: Print to print the invoice. Send to email the invoice to the customer. Send reminder to email an invoice reminder to your customer.
From the left menu, select Sales (or Invoicing). Click the Invoices tab at the top of the page. Scroll to the invoice you wish to email, in the Action column click the drop-down arrow and select Print. Click the Printer Icon in the top right-hand corner. Click Print.
In the Sales menu, select the Invoices tab. Find and open the invoice. On the Invoice page, click Print or Preview. Select the folder where you want to save the PDF file. Click Save.
